Nexus Corporate Park is widely regarded as the best site in the South East given its 185 metre frontage to one of Melbourne’s most frequented passenger roads and its immediate access to Melbourne’s key arterial, the Monash Freeway.

Public Transport

Nexus Corporate Park is perhaps one of the most strategically well placed estates for public transport in the south east. The Victorian State Government is in the process of revamping and improving Melbourne’s public transport system.

A key component of these improvements is the introduction of the “SmartBus” network which uses arterial roads to efficiently and reliably provide 'cross-town' bus services connecting train stations, shopping centres and other community facilities. There are numerous SmartBus routes that are easily accessed from Nexus, however the closest are the 888 and 889 routes (accessed from Springvale Road) which provide direct linkages to Springvale, Glen Waverley and Nunawading Train Stations.

The new Route 900 SmartBus service, is accessed from nearby Wellington Road and will run from Stud Park Shopping Centre to Caulfield Railway Station via Waverley Park; Monash University (Clayton and Caulfield campuses); Huntingdale Station; Oakleigh Station; and Chadstone Shopping Centre.

Amenities

The estate is strategically positioned close to major shopping and entertainment facilities. The Brandon Park Shopping Centre is located 300 metres north east of the site and is a major shopping complex with a large food hall, banking facilities, Coles and Aldi Supermarkets, together with a wide variety of specialty shops and service retail outlets.

The Village Green Hotel is located 350 metres north of the estate and is a major entertainment venue providing well priced pub style meals.

A large pool of potential full and part time employees is available from two university campuses in the vicinity. Deakin University’s Rusden campus is located a short drive away on Blackburn Road, and Monash University’s main campus is also located on Blackburn Road, a short drive from the site.

Major Roads

Nexus Corporate Park is located immediately adjacent to Melbourne’s key arterial the Monash Freeway and fronts onto Springvale Road, with an additional frontage to Dunlop Road. Nexus Court runs through the centre of the park.

Whilst located approximately 20km south east of the Melbourne CBD, the proximity of Nexus to the Monash Freeway (and the linking road networks) allows for ease of access across metropolitan Melbourne.
