Positioned on 7.1 hectares, Nexus will eventually comprise approximately 55,000 square metres of high quality office space in a campus style environment. Currently, Nexus Corporate Park houses Building A, which is fully occupied by various tenants and Building B, a 7,300 square metre building is occupied by IMA (IAG subsidiary).

Building B also incorporates a 350 square metre Café, Elements at Nexus, which provides a mixture of express counter service as well as a table service section.
